The asking price of $614,777 seems a little on the high side, though it is nice to see a rowhouse with the attic space removed to raise the ceililngs. As someone whose bedroom is one of those non-raised attic spaces (done over to be a bedroom but still with the short ceilings), I can appreciate what a nice feature a raised-ceiling attic space can be in a house.
